We have been using Service Master for many years to restore and rejuvenate our carpets. On moving in nearly 20 years ago we laid new carpets in the sitting room and main bedroom. The choice of the sitting room carpet was perhaps not the most sensible as it was a pale oatmeal colour,. Over the years muddy feet, muddier dogs, red wine catastrophes and general traffic have taken their toll. A year or two of general wear, followed by Christmas celebrations, means its time to call in the experts. A visit from Service Masters courteous and highly experienced technicians always works the miracle. We never cease to be amazed at what they can do. I think perhaps we are due a another visit shortly.read more

Very pleased with the professional service they continue to give. We have 4 dogs so deep cleaning the carpets is a necessity.

We are so pleased with our sofa and chairs now they have been cleaned. The man who came was very helpful and did a great job. No mess at all. He took just under 2 hours and explained carefully what he was doing and how to ensure the cushions dried properly. He also advised on cleaning the arm covers for the chairs by washing them on a delicate wash which worked brilliantly. Would definitely recommend Servicemaster to my friends.read more

The whole process from beginning to end was great. I rang to ask for the carpets of our luxury rental apartments to be cleaned and they were very helpful with offering a quick date and time to suit us all. They arrived at the time they said they would and cleaned the carpets which now look like new! A great service, thank you.read more

Disappointing.
We used to use the former Cheltenham ServiceMaster regularly to clean our carpets and they were superb. However when we used the Newbury branch over Christmas to help us with a mulled wine stain we found the service very disappointing. We had a long wait for someone to come out and although the stain appeared to have been removed on the day it was treated once the carpet dried it reappeared. We have been advised that there is no more that they can do but they would try again if we pay another £90! Rather wish we had used a local company who could have come to us earlier.read more

Hi I'm Chairman of Hungerford Cricket club and we had one of your operatives to clean our clubhouse today (I'm sorry I didn't remember his name). After having 8,000 people walk through to have their covid vaxination our clubhouse particularly the carpets were in need of cleaning and you sent the right man for the job. On completion our club has never looked so clean and your attention to detail is fantastic no stone was left unturned or indeed polished. When I rang I was given an appointment straight away for the removal of a stain on the stairs. The technician arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and professionally - with a smile! The main stain was tea which I was warned may not disappear but it did and a further stain in our home office was dealt with also.
I would definitely recommend this company for all household cleaning.read more
