Kinga Derenowska of ServiceMaster AAA has been awarded ‘Outstanding Employee’ at the 2022 Global Business Excellence Awards.

The awards take place four times a year and are designed to commemorate feats of business excellence across the public, private, and charity sectors. To be awarded a Global Business Excellence Award, candidates have to prove that they are “working smarter than their competitors to create a business edge.” The ‘Outstanding Employee’ award is then awarded by virtue of a candidate’s “great potential and … significant impact on [their] business or its workforce.”
The Global Business Excellence Awards are then judged by a large panel of independent expert judges who select winners according to strict criteria for each category and sector. This includes considering a candidate’s financial results, innovation, customer, employee, investor and community benefits. Speaking of Kinga and ServiceMaster AAA following her win, the chairman of the judges said:
