Daily Inspection and Sign Off – Where required, ServiceMaster Clean will formulate a Daily Inspection Document. The document will detail: area, item, completion tick box, sign off section and comments section. These records will be maintained in a file for review and audit by internal and external parties.
Cleaning specifications are put in place to ensure daily cleaning standards are maintained, and all tasks are completed in line with the agreed specification.
Managing the Service – You will be provided with full access to a Contracts Manager as well as Area Managers and On-Site Supervisors who will have complete responsibility for the daily smooth running of the contract.
Quality Auditing – ServiceMaster Clean establish quality audit schedules for our customers.
