Our experience with ServiceMaster has been very positive. Our cleaner is very efficient and productive in the time she spends at our practice. The service from the supervisor has been excellent and they are very receptive to our concerns.

We have used ServiceMaster for a number of years, they have been reliable and efficient and I will continue to use them.

Forest Medical Group have been working with ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services for a number of years to clean two of our Medical Practices located in Leicester. Our Warren Lane Practice has recently undergone a full extension and renovation and during this time we have worked closely with office cleaning team to ensure that the high standards the practice has been renovated to is being maintained. The ServiceMaster team are helpful and friendly and quickly respond to any issues or concerns that I have had and would recommend them to partner with you on all of your commercial cleaning requirements.

ServiceMaster have had the cleaning contract at our Heltwate St Georges site for the last 2 years and we have been very pleased with the quality of service and standard of work  we have received.

The cleaning team are always approachable and any issues are dealt with quickly.

ServiceMaster have now started to cover our main Heltwate School  site since the beginning of lockdown when we were open for key worker children and increasing their cleaning capacity as more children returned to school .

Their flexibility has been invaluable during these difficult times to enable us to provide a clean and safe environment for our children and staff at Heltwate School.

ServiceMaster are an excellent company who train their staff well and are aware of the needs of the practice.  They are proactive with daily cleaning of the building and the management team are very responsive – they will work with the practice and their own staff to resolve any issues that are identified.

We have been really impressed by the way ServiceMaster works with our school team, particularly during the Coronavirus pandemic.  They acted reliably, flexibly and responsively to ensure that we have systems in place to keep our school safe and clean.

I am very happy with the standard from ServiceMaster. The cleaners are smart and reliable. I find them to be trustworthy and would recommend using this company if you are undecided.

ServiceMaster started their contract with us in January 2015 and since then they have provided a very good professional service to us at all times and have adapted to any changes that we have requested (due to our internal growth) with the same professionalism and ‘can do’ attitude.

The standard has not dropped since the start of the contract and I have been very impressed with the controls that have been put in to ensure that this does not happen. The communication between them and ourselves is always timely and proactive and when
responses are needed they act immediately.

Lastly and from my point of view and most importantly, at the time when we were changing our service provider ServiceMaster ensured that the process went without problem and did not involve me in the process at all other than to keep me informed: the transition was seamless.

We have used ServiceMaster since September to clean an additional school site we have taken on this academic year and I would  recommend them as a cleaning contractor.

I have found their work to be of an excellent standard and there staff to be proficient with no complaints from myself or any of our staff members, coshh and risk assessment paperwork is provided.

There is good communication with local supervisors , and any sickness cover has been provided with no loss of service to ourselves.

We have also undertaken a contract with them to provide kitchen deep cleans across our sites and moving forward we will be looking at  cleaning our main site .

I have known Sandra for almost three years and I am very happy with her services through ServiceMaster. She has always been a great source of knowledge and I can rely on her for expert advice. She has always been able to resolve any queries that may have arisen. Most recently her and the team were professional and helped us greatly to prepare for our CQC inspection. It is always reassuring having someone like her available as she is reliable and provides confidence for us so we know correct procedures will be followed. I am sure we will continue working together for the foreseeable future.

Sandra has helped put a lot of essential paperwork in place in regards to CQC requirements and regulations at both our practices. For instance, she advised me to have COSHH sheets in place for each cleaning item we may hold under our kitchen sinks at our practices such as washing up liquid, hand soap etc. Items we would have certainly overlooked come a CQC inspection! We have also had recent building work carried out and Sandra devised a sheet for me to log dates and times when there may be mess in reception and to place a polite notice to avoid any potential complaints. She further recommended deep cleaning and went out of her way to remove blinds and other fittings to thoroughly wash and clean them. These are just a few examples of many.

Our morning cleaner offers a good standard of daily clean within the timeframe that she is here. She responds well to the communication log and will follow up on any requests.

More recently we have used additional services from ServiceMaster- a weekly deep clean in preparation for audit. The staff supplied came and performed the additional cleaning tasks required to a very good standard. We also had a further service provided to clean our carpets, upholstery and non-slip floors- absolutely fantastic job could not believe the difference after they had been cleaned. Everything was carried out promptly and professionally.

I like the fact that I can ring any supervisor or staff and someone will help.

Khadijo who helps look after the site always goes above and beyond and so do all the staff who with her.
