If an operative does not activate their personlised pin number within the allocated timescales, an alert will notify their line manager, who will contact the operative. Same applies to logging out.

The document will detail: Area, Item, Completion tick box, sign off section and comments section. These records will be maintained in a file for review and audit by internal and external parties.
